Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen für alle Angebote, Kurse und Veranstaltungen von LU Productions - Lisa Lu Style Veranstaltungen (nachstehend LP genannt)

SHOP Video Grusskarte

Die Herstellung einer Video Grusskarte erfolgt nach der Bezahlung via Paypal oder Twint (nur Schweiz). Lieferung innerhalb 3 Tagen mittels Downloadlink. Für das 'Angebot Einladungskarte' ist 1 Änderungswunsch inbegriffen. Die Karten werden nach Ihren Vorgaben (Thema, Foto, Text und Musikstil) hergestellt. Die Karten können nicht retourniert werden und der Kauf ist nicht erstattungsfähig.

Kursanmeldung generell

Die Anmeldung zu einem Kurs, einer individuellen Dienstleistung oder Veranstaltung ist verbindlich. Nach Eingang der Anmeldung wird eine Anmeldebestätigung mit allen weiteren Informationen versandt. Mit der Anmeldebestätigung wird ein Platz für die Teilnehmenden reserviert und nach Eingang der Bezahlung ist der Termin und Platz verbindlich gebucht.

Einzeltermine
Die Styling- und Fotografieangebote (Makeover, Fotoshootings) werden voraus reserviert und per PayPal-Link oder Twint bezahlt. Terminabsagen für Einzeltermine (Fotoshooting, Stylingberatung) werden bis 24 Stunden vor Termin akzeptiert, entweder telefonisch, per SMS oder per Mail. Bei Absagen später als 24 Std. werden die Kosten nicht rückvergütet.

 

STYLE-FOTOKURS für Handyfotografie

​Da die Veranstaltung in der kleinen Gruppe stattfindet, müssen sich mindestens 5 Personen anmelden, damit die Veranstaltung durchgeführt wird. Bei zu wenigen Anmeldungen auf Ihren Wunschtermin, können Sie einen neuen Termin wählen. Es kann eine Rückzahlung stattfinden oder ein Gutschein für einen nächsten Termin ausgestellt werden.

Zahlung von Veranstaltungs- und Kursgebühren

Die Gebühren werden nach der Anmeldung via PayPal-Link oder Twint bezahlt. Erst dann ist Ihr Platz reserviert. Die Zahlungsbestätigung ist gleichzeitig auch Anmeldebestätigung. 

​

Rücktrittsbedingungen und Annullationsgebühren von Veranstaltungen und Kursen:

​

  • Bei Rücktritt bis 14 Tage vor Termin wird die Gebühr komplett rückerstattet. Bei Rücktritt 13 - 10 Tage vor Termin erstatten wir 50%, danach können wir keine Rückerstattung aussprechen. 

  • Im Krankheitsfall: bei vorweisen eines Arztzeugnisses erstatten wir den vollen Betrag oder geben einen Gutschein.

  • Abbruch am Veranstaltungstag: keine Rückerstattung 

  • Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Annullationskostenversicherung. 

  • Stornierungen müssen per Mail erfolgen.

Umbuchungen von Veranstaltungen/Kursen

Umbuchungen sind möglich, wenn zum Veranstaltungszeitpunkt eine Krankheit (mit Attest) besteht oder nachweisbar ‘höher Mächte’ im Spiel sind. Normale Umbuchungen auf Veranstaltungen sind auf schriftliche Anfrage (Mail) bis 14 Kalendertage vor Kursbeginn möglich. Kosten für Umbuchungen: CHF 25.00.

Teilnahme und Durchführung

Um unsere Veranstaltungen unter optimalen Bedingungen durchführen zu können, legen wir für jedes Angebot eine minimale und eine maximale Zahl von teilnehmenden Personen fest. 

​

Veranstaltungsorganisation

Fällt eine Veranstaltungsleitung aus, kann LP Veranstaltungen einen Wechsel der Leitung vornehmen, eine Stellvertretung einsetzen oder die Veranstaltung verschieben.

​

Absage eines Kurses oder einer Veranstaltung durch Veranstalter

Sollte LP eine Veranstaltung absagen müssen wegen zu geringer Anmeldungen, aus Krankheitsgründen oder Umständen von höherer Macht, so werden die geleisteten Kursgebühren vollumfänglich zurückerstattet oder ein Gutschein wird ausgestellt. Weitergehende Ansprüche sind ausgeschlossen.

Datenschutz und weitere Regelungen

​

  • Die Teilnehmenden sind einverstanden mit der Veröffentlichung von Fotomaterial in den Social-Media-Kanälen und auf der Webseite von LISA LU STYLE. Die Teilnehmenden dürfen bzgl. der Veröffentlichung Einsprache erheben, falls sie sich auf dem Foto nicht gefallen. Das Foto wird auf Anfrage entfernt, wenn es kein Gruppenfoto ist. Lisa Lu ist immer bemüht, Menschen in ihrer besten Attraktivität zu zeigen.

  • Aufnahmen von LISA LU sind erwünscht, dürfen jedoch nur nach ihrer Genehmigung veröffentlicht werden. Diese Fotos und Videos dürfen nicht zu kommerziellen Zwecken verwendet werden, ausschliesslich für private Zwecke im eigenen Social-Media-Auftritt.

  • Die Teilnehmenden verpflichten sich gegenüber Drittpersonen strengste Diskretion zu wahren bezüglich aller Informationen zur Organisation, zu Personen und zu Ereignissen, welche im Rahmen der Veranstaltung entstehen können.

Haftung

Das Benutzen der Veranstaltungsorte erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr. Für Diebstahl und Verlust von Gegenständen kann LP nicht haftbar gemacht werden. Die Teilnahme an unserem Kurs und Veranstaltungsangebot ist freiwillig. Sie tragen die volle Verantwortung für sich selbst und Ihre Handlungen inner- und ausserhalb des Kurses. Für verursachte Schäden kommen Sie selbst auf und stellen die VeranstalterInnen, die Kursleitung und die GastgeberInnen an den Veranstaltungsorten von allen Haftungsansprüchen frei.

Ausschluss vom Kurs oder Veranstaltung

LP behält sich vor, Teilnehmende aus einem Kurs/Veranstaltung begründet auszuschliessen. In folgenden Fällen ist das ganze Kursgeld geschuldet, d.h. es erfolgt weder eine anteilsmässige Rückerstattung noch ein Erlass des Kursgeldes: Kursausschluss aufgrund Nichtbezahlung des Kursgeldes, sowie in schwerwiegenden Fällen (z.B. Ehrverletzung, Belästigung).

Datenschutz

Mit der Anmeldung erklärt sich die Teilnehmerin oder der Teilnehmer damit einverstanden, Adressen anderer teilnehmender Personen an der LISA LU STYLE-Veranstaltungen und Kurse weder an Dritte weiterzugeben noch für persönliche Werbezwecke zu verwenden. Seitens LP wird der gesetzliche Datenschutz strikt befolgt.

Gerichtsstand

Für alle Rechtsbeziehungen mit LP ist Schweizer Recht anwendbar. Gerichtsstand ist Zürich.

General Terms and Conditions for all offers, courses and events of

LU Productions - Lisa Lu Style Events (hereinafter referred to as LP)

SHOP Video greeting cards

The production of a video greeting card takes place after payment via Paypal or Twint (Switzerland only). Delivery within 3 days via download link. For the 'Invitation card offer', 1 change request is included. The cards are produced according to your specifications (theme, photo, text and music style). The cards cannot be returned and the purchase is non-refundable.

Registration in general

Registration for a course, an offer or an event is binding. After receipt of the registration, a registration confirmation with all further information will be sent. With the confirmation of registration, a place is reserved for the participants and after receipt of payment the date and place is bindingly booked.

​

Individual appointments
The styling and photography offers are reserved in advance and paid for via PayPal link or Twint. Cancellations for individual appointments (photo shoot, styling consultation) are accepted up to 24 hours before the appointment, either by telephone, text message or email. Cancellations later than 24 hours will not be refunded.

​

STYLE-PHOTO COURSE Mobile Phone

As the event takes place in a small group, at least 4 people must register for the event to take place. If there are too few registrations, you can choose another date. There may be a refund or a voucher be issued for the next event.

 

Payment of the event fee

The event fee is paid after registration via PayPal link or Twint. Only then is your place reserved. The confirmation of payment is also the confirmation of registration.

Cancellation conditions and cancellation fees for events 

If you cancel up to 14 days before the event date, the event fee will be refunded in full. If you cancel 13 - 10 days before the event date, we will refund 50%, after that we cannot issue a refund. 

​

  • In case of illness: if a medical certificate is presented, we will refund the full amount or issue a voucher.

  • Cancellation on the day of the event: no refund 

  • We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. 

  • Cancellations must be made by e-mail.

​

Rebooking of events/courses

Rebookings are possible if there is an illness (with a medical certificate) at the time of the event or if it can be proven that 'higher powers' are involved. Normal rebookings for events are possible on written request (e-mail) up to 14 calendar days before the start of the course. Costs for rebooking: CHF 25.00.

​

Participation and implementation

In order to be able to hold our events under optimal conditions, we set a minimum and maximum number of participants for each offer.

​

Event organization

If an event manager is unavailable, LP Events can change the manager, appoint a deputy or postpone the event.

 

Cancellation of a course or event

 

If LP has to cancel an event due to insufficient registrations, illness or force majeure, the course fees paid will be refunded in full or a voucher will be issued. Further claims are excluded.

​

Data protection and other regulations

 

  • Participants agree to the publication of photographic material in the social media channels and on the LISA LU STYLE website. Participants may object to the publication. If they do not like themselves in the photo, it will then be removed by request if it is not a group photo. Lisa Lu always strives to show people at their most attractive.

  • Photo and video recordings of LISA LU are welcome, but may only be published with her permission. These photos and videos may not be used for commercial purposes, only for private purposes in your own social media presence.

  • Participants undertake to maintain the strictest discretion towards third parties with regard to all information about the organization, persons and events that may arise during the event.

Liability

Use of the venues is at your own risk. LP cannot be held liable for theft or loss of items. Participation in our courses and events is voluntary. You are fully responsible for yourself and your actions inside and outside the course. You are responsible for any damage caused and release the organizers, the course management and the hosts at the event locations from all liability claims.

​

Exclusion from the course or event

LP reserves the right to exclude participants from a course/event for good cause. In the following cases, the full course fee is owed, i.e. there will be neither a pro rata refund nor a waiver of the course fee: exclusion from the course due to non-payment of the course fee, as well as in serious cases (e.g. defamation, harassment).

Data protection

By registering, the participant agrees not to pass on the addresses of other people attending LISA LU STYLE events and courses to third parties or to use them for personal advertising purposes. LP strictly complies with the statutory data protection regulations.

​

Place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies to all legal relationships with LP and Lisa Lu Events.
